Dear friends,
It is officially our last weekend in our little apartment, in our beloved neighborhood and this city we've grown to know so well. It's definitely bittersweet. We're moving on to bigger and better but a part of me just wants things to stay just as they are. But I'm thinking of happy thoughts and a grassy backyard for Alique to play in, so that's getting me through it :).
We'll be spending the weekend walking to our favorite neighborhood spots and enjoying the last days in our bare apartment. I'll be back to check in early next week but may disappear for a few days while we move.

Good luck with your move! We have moved nearly every 2 years for the past 8 years (and we're not even in the military!) but finally we feel like we're going to stay put.
With every end there is a new beginning! Hope yours is great. :)
